臧寅垠研究员于2008年毕业于南方医科大学（原第一军医大学）心理学系，获得应用心理学（医学心理学）学士学位；2009年获英国诺丁汉大学工作、健康与组织研究所管理心理学硕士学位；2013年获英国诺丁汉大学医学院应用心理学博士学位。2014至2019年在美国宾夕法尼亚大学医学院精神病学系先后担任临床心理学博士后和Research Associate。臧寅垠研究员主导并参与了多项大型心理干预随机对照研究，包括在地震灾区对成人及儿童创伤后应激障碍（PTSD）的心理干预，以及在英美等国开展的多中心临床试验。自2019年7月起，她担任银河集团198net研究员和博士生导师，目前负责多个国家级科研项目。

臧寅垠研究员是中国心理学会会员，临床与咨询心理学专业机构与专业人员注册系统注册督导师（D-21-059)，英国心理学会（The British Psychology Society, BPS）特许心理学家 （Chartered Psychologist, CPsychol），临床心理学分部成员（Division of Clinical Psychology）。

臧寅垠研究员目前领导干预、预防与促进实验室（Intervention, Prevention, and Promotion Lab, IPP Lab）。研究兴趣围绕创伤与早期童年不良经历（ACE），包括创伤相关障碍的心理病理与循证干预，从ACE视角改善儿童和青少年的心理问题，AI辅助的新型干预方法的开发与验证。另外，她也关注积极心理学的跨文化研究，循证心理实践的实施科学，以及心理干预的多模态机制探索。研究方法包括（但不限于）定量及质性研究、Meta分析及大数据挖掘等。
